Support the Fraeylemaborg

Amaze, move, surprise; culture does something to you. Whether you enjoy visiting an exhibition or working behind the scenes yourself: culture moves you. A world without culture would be a barren place. But without visitors no exhibition, without listeners no concert, without an audience no performance. The more people care, the more beautiful it becomes. Giving is also an art.

The Fraeylemaborg is a cultural ANBI. This not only means that you can deduct a donation to us from your taxes. You may also increase the amount of your gift by 25% when calculating the deduction (but maximum by €1,250).

For more information, visit:
https://www.belastingdienst.nl/wps/wcm/connect/nl/aftrek-en-kortingen/content/gift-aftrekken

With your gift, you can strengthen the foundation of the Fraeylemaborg and create new opportunities for the estate.

Donating to the Fraeylemaborg

Stichting Landgoed Fraeylemaborg has been classified by the tax authorities as an institution as referred to in Section 6.33, subsection b, of the Income Tax Act 2001. This means that our foundation is exempt from gift and inheritance tax on all that the foundation receives by virtue of gifts made to it, legacies bequeathed to it or as heir by virtue of a testamentary disposition.

Partners

Gerrit van Houten Foundation
This foundation manages the artistic legacy of the Groningen painter Gerrit van Houten (1866-1934). The foundation has owned the Fraeylemaborg and its collection since 1972 and works with Stichting Landgoed Fraeylemaborg and the other partners on its preservation. The foundation operates from Gerrit’s birthplace in Groningen.

Jan Menze van Diepen Foundation
In 1978, Groningen collector Jan Menze van Diepen (1905-1994) brought his collection into a foundation. In addition to Chinese and Japanese porcelain and glass, he collected topographical maps, fine art by Groningen artists and prints and ceramics of the House of Orange-Nassau. The foundation is housed at the estate and an important lender to the Fraeylemaborg.

Van der Wijck-de Kempenaer Foundation
The foundation administers the estate of Jhr. Dr. Henri van der Wijck (1927-2001). The Dutch art historian is known for his pioneering work on the history of Dutch country houses. His library and collection are housed at the estate and the foundation is an important lender to the Fraeylemaborg.
